Minneolas from South Africa

The Minneola is a tangelo, a cross between a Duncan grapefruit and a Dancy tangerine, recognised by its bell shape with a distinct neck at the stem end and its deep reddish-orange, smooth, thin rind. It peels and segments easily, has very juicy, aromatic flesh with a sweet-tart, tangy flavour and few if any seeds.
